    How tall are the windows in Lea’s studio
    How is the kitchen coming
    Does not lot like a lot o land for the septic system. Does it us a regular aeration field
    Do you have city water or a well
    Any rain barrels

      thanks for your comments. Answers to your questions:

      How tall are the windows in Lea’s studio: 3 Meters.

      How is the kitchen coming: Design is finished but work does not start in that area until May.

      Does not lot like a lot o land for the septic system. Does it us a regular aeration field. It is not a standard septic. It is a holding tank with filter chambers. The capacity is calculated for 2-person for 10 years. Even so, when it is full, a service tanker will come and vacuum. This is SOP for Merida which has no storm or sanitary sewer system. The filtered water will be sent to the limestone capped aquifer.

      Do you have city water or a well. Both. Filtered city water for cooking, bathing and drinking. Well water for vegetable garden, planting fountains and pool.
      Any rain barrels: no- not needed. Rain is collected and recharges the aquifer.

      Are you on schedule: yes
