The house is going to be fantastic! I have one on Calle 72 51×53…which needs everything! I spoke with Victor Cruz last year and liked him very much but couldn’t do anything due to slow market on my NYC apartment. But, now I have a buyer and should close in a few weeks so I will be able to make some expensive decisions.

You may not remember me; I was on the Keith house tour with my daughter Emily when you were there. I am so glad we are connected; it’s good to be in touch with others who are doing the big renovation.
Pictures of my house is one my FB site. …and a plan drawn up by a Mexican architect who doesn’t speak english and got the wrong ideas about everything I told him.
