We finally have a contract, a firm bid and a schedule. If all goes well, we will have substantial completion in late 2013 or early 2014. I have learned, however, that schedules are a little more fluid in Mexico that here in the US. In any case, we are very excited that we will now see progress. Many lessons learned about construction contracts in Mexico (no liens waivers, for one.) We will start to post images as the work progresses.
